The full Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 prerequisite now installs prior to the application installation. After .NET is installed, reopen your mail and click again on your e-mail link to complete the Point installation.
If you opt to install .NET manually, the installation is less than a minute. If MyCalyx performs the .NET installation, the application installation takes about 10 minutes.
Current Point users, who open Point for the first time after MyCalyx 1.4 release, may not have the full Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed, which is necessary for the client update.
Windows XP computers after a Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 install do not update the settings without a restart. Click to continue your Point installation.
Click Next to install the full Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.
